Client encourages community transformation

Although I provide executive business support services on a remote basis, from time to time a client asks me to assist him with his charity events and here I am, with colleague Justin, welcoming around 200 guests to a meeting of The Cinnamon Network held in the grand but friendly Methodist Central Hall in Westminster. I really enjoy seeing people I’ve been in touch with for quite a while and meeting new leaders of charities, churches and social action organisations.
The event provides space for leaders passionate about community transformation to connect with one another, engage in cutting edge thinking, and access multiple funding opportunities.
The next meeting is in Westminster on 18 June. The theme is Strengthening Families, and the keynote speaker will be Louise Casey, the Director General of the Government’s Troubled Families programme.

The Cinnamon Network was mentioned positively in Parliament yesterday. Matt Bird does great work, doesn’t he?
